The Office of the Dean of Students invites all military-affiliated graduates to the Red, White, and Carolina Blue Graduation on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in The Great Hall of the Frank Porter Graham Student Union.
Veterans, active duty service members, National Guard, Reservists, and ROTC commissionees participating in the Spring 2015 commencement exercises are welcome to participate. The program will include the presentation of colors and our National Anthem, remarks from students, administrators, and alumni, and the presentation of the Military Honor Cord. Light breakfast refreshments will follow the ceremony.
Important Information For Graduates: Graduates: Please bring your UNC OneCard, verification that you have applied for graduation, and either a copy of your DD-214 or valid military identification card to confirm your registration for this event. You must be a May 2015 or August 2015 degree candidate to participate. May 2015 graduates must have applied to graduate. Graduating students, please check-in the event entrance.
The dress code for this event is business casual or uniform optional (service dress/Class A).
